Hey all of you, what’s up? How are you? How’s college going? How is everything going? Tell me about yourself in the comment box ;). Well, I’m doing good. And have so many blogs lined up for you guys. Yes, thanks for your support and feedbacks. A big thank you to each and every one who spare there time on this site, on me, and on my writing.
But first let’s talk about this one. I have already told you about my never ending love for dresses in my first blog and so here I’m again wearing a little black dress that I bought from Pantaloons Fashion.
Now I’m gonna tell you all about the evolution of LBD (Little Black Dress). It is none other than Coco Chanel who is responsible for the ubiquitousness of Little Black Dress. In 1926, American Vogue published a LBD of Coco Chanel design that made it prevalent in the society. Now even after so many years, black dress is a must have dress in every women’s wardrobe. Having a black dress is essential and is considered to be the “rule of fashion” by some fashion observers. I too believe in this rule and ofcourse we all should own a black dress because not only it is a neutral colour but also can be styled up according to the occasion. Not only this, there are number of songs that are titled “Little Black Dress”.
Well, thanks to Pantaloons Fashion store where I got this dress. Simple, elegant and versatile. I can wear this dress from garden parties to night parties, on dates and with my girl gang as well. Have a look of the dress.
Coming to accessories part, my affection for Lavie bags is endless and this cute, mustard yellow sling bag has totally made me fall for it. Nowadays, I carry it wherever I go, be it meetings or markets. You guys can even take a fancy clutch if you wear this dress at night parties.
Chokers caught my attention this time. Everyone is wearing chokers these days. So there was this simple neck ornament in my sister’s closet that I tied tightly around my neck to give it a choker look. π Talking about my earrings, I bought them from Boothnath ( a local market in Lucknow) in three different colours- black, purple and peacock green. I also paired my dress with black ballerinas from Catwalk store.
For my makeup part, well you definitely look good if you go for Lakme. I applied Burgundy Break on my lips from the range of Lakme 9to5 lipsticks and applied a thick liner (Lamke Absolute). As you can see I left my hair opened this time, after clipping it on both the sides.
So that was all for this one. I hope you liked my cute little black dress. Do share you views. π
Stay connected with me for more and keep showering your love like this always.
Until next time lot’s of love. Xoxo.
